Event & Poster Guidelines

Poster Exhibition:

We invite students, trainees, colleagues and professionals in the field of oncology and allied branches to submit their practices and research which make an impact in oncological sciences. Posters presented at previous conferences will be accepted.

Guidelines:

Prepare a poster on the given template for the electronic poster exhibition at the venue and submit for review by the scientific committee.

  • Last date of Poster Submissions

    20th April 2024

  • Date of intimation for acceptance

    22nd April 2024

  • Date of e- Poster Exhibition

    27th April 2024

Registration:

  • Registration for the conference is mandatory for participation in the quiz & poster presentation.
  • Registration fees include entry to scientific sessions, quiz, poster presentation, conference meals, delegate kit. Spot registrations are not guaranteed for conference kit.
  • Certificate of Quiz & Poster presentation shall be given to all participants.
  • No requests for Registration Cancellation.
